- 13 cups Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice (can Substitute Lemon Juice)
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Peeled, Chopped Fresh Ginger (or Use A Teaspoon Of Powdered Ginger)
- 2 pounds Bone-In Chicken Legs Or Thighs
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- Cooked Rice, To Serve
Directions

1Mix soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and ginger.

2Marinate chicken in the soy sauce mixture 1-2 hours, turning once or twice.

3Place chicken, skin side up, in shallow pan.

4Bake at 375 degrees F for 50 minutes.

5Raise heat to 425 degrees F and bake 10 minutes.

6Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with rice.

7Note: Dont substitute boneless, skinless chicken breasts; this recipe really needs the dark meat!

8Also, I usually line my pan with foil to make clean-up easier.
