- 1 loaf thin sliced white bread
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 3/4 lb. fresh medium shrimp, cooked, peeled and minced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tsp. fresh ground ginger
Directions

1Preheat broiler.

2Using a 1 1/2 to 2 -inch cookie cutter, cut bread slices into rounds.

3Toast on one side only.

4Cream butter and salt.

5Stir in minced shrimp, garlic, parsley and ginger. Blend well.

6Spread mixture on untoasted side of bread rounds. Place on cookie sheet and broil until lightly browned.

7Serve immediately.

8Yields 50 to 60 rounds.
