  • 3/4 C.shortning
  • 1 C. Sugar
  • 1/4 C. Molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 2 C. Flour
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • 1 t. cloves
  • 1 1/4 t. salt
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • 1 t. ginger

Directions

    Cream shorting & Sugar. Add Molasses and egg. Beat Well. Add Dry ingredeince and mix well.

    Roll 1 T. of dough in a ball and roll in sugar.

    Put on a greased cookie sheet.

    Bake 350 for 12-15 minutes.
