Ginger- Soy Vegetable Dip

  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried ginger (or 2 tsp fresh ginger, minced)
