- 1/3 c. ginger root
- 6 c. water
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. blanched walnuts
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. pine nuts
- 3 to 4 thinly sliced dates
Directions

1Peel ginger root slices into tissue-thin slice.

2Crush.

3Add to water. Bring to a boil.

4Simmer for 18 to 20 minutes.

5Mix cinnamon and sugar, stir into ginger root mixture until dissolved. Remove ginger root, discard.

6Cut walnuts into fine pieces.

7Cut pine nuts into small pieces.

8Pour ginger tea into cup.

9Add small amount of nuts and dates to each cup.
