- 1/2 c. light molasses
- 1 Tbsp. ginger
- 1 c. firmly packed lightly brown sugar
- 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cream butter in mixing bowl; gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.

3Blend in molasses. Sift together flour, ginger, cinnamon and baking soda.

4Gradually add to creamed mixture; chill dough.
