  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 12 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper

    Cover and microwave on high for 9-11 minutes or until tender, stirring twice;drain.
