- 1 lb. carrots
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped fine
Directions

1Peel and cut carrots into 1/4-inch slices; then steam for 15 to 20 minutes or until barely tender.

2Melt margarine in a frying pan until it bubbles.

3Add carrots and toss.

4Sprinkle with sugar and ginger.

5Mix lightly so carrots are glazed, about 1 to 2 minutes.

6Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
