- 10 medium carrots
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- chopped parsley for garnish
Directions

1Cut carrots crosswise in 1/2-inch thick slices.

2Cook, covered, until just tender.

3Drain.

4Then combine honey, cornstarch, salt and ginger in a small saucepan.

5Add orange juice.

6Cook and stir constantly until bubbly and thick.

7Boil 1 minute.

8Stir in butter.

9Pour over hot carrots, stirring to coat evenly.

10Garnish with parsley.
