  • 1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into julienne strips
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. powdered ginger
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Fill saucepan with water and add carrots.

    Bring to a boil and cook 5 to 6 minutes until tender.

    Drain and dry completely on paper towels.

    Return to saucepan.
