- 1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into julienne strips
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. powdered ginger
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Fill saucepan with water and add carrots.

2Bring to a boil and cook 5 to 6 minutes until tender.

3Drain and dry completely on paper towels.
