- 1 lb. carrots, cut into strips
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. ginger
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cook carrots in water 5 to 6 minutes or until tender.

2Drain on paper towels.

3Pat dry.

4Melt butter in saucepan; add ginger, brown sugar and salt.

5Mix well.

6Add carrots; cook over low heat 3 to 4 minutes, stirring gently.
