  • 1 lb. carrots, cut into strips
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • salt to taste

    Cook carrots in water 5 to 6 minutes or until tender.

    Drain on paper towels.

    Melt butter in saucepan; add ginger, brown sugar and salt.
