- 1 c. dried or fresh figs
- 1/3 c. fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 1/4 c. mild honey
- 2 to 3 tsp. minced or grated fresh ginger
- 2 pink grapefruit, skins and membranes removed and sectioned
- 2 ripe pears, cored and diced
Directions

1If you are using dried figs, place them in a bowl and pour boiling water over them.

2Let stand 10 minutes, then drain and cut in half lengthwise.

3Cut fresh figs in half lengthwise, unless they are very small.
