Gingered Fruit Dip

  • 1 c. low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 sm. banana, cut up
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
  • milk
  • fresh fruit dippers (such as apple wedges, kiwi slices, orange sections, melon strips)

Directions

    In a blender or food processor combine cottage cheese, banana and ginger.

    Cover and process until smooth.

    Add enough milk (about 1 Tbsp.) to make the dip of desired consistency.

    Transfer to an airtight container, cover.

    Chill thoroughly.

    Serve with fruit dippers.
