Gingered Fruit Dip

- 1 c. low fat cottage cheese
- 1 sm. banana, cut up
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- milk
- fresh fruit dippers (such as apple wedges, kiwi slices, orange sections, melon strips)
Directions

1In a blender or food processor combine cottage cheese, banana and ginger.

2Cover and process until smooth.

3Add enough milk (about 1 Tbsp.) to make the dip of desired consistency.

4Transfer to an airtight container, cover.

5Chill thoroughly.
