- 2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
- 1 qt. water (about)
- juice of 1 or 2 lemons
- honey to taste
Directions

1Grate the ginger.

2Brew it as you would regular tea in about 1 quart of water for 20 to 30 minutes.

3To brewed mixture, add the lemon juice and honey to sweeten to taste.

4Water may also be added if brew is too strong.
