Stuffed Squash

  • 1 or 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pack Lipton onion soup
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • American cheese
  • zucchini or pater pan squash, sliced in half lengthwise

Directions

    Brown ground beef; drain.

    Add onion soup and tomato paste. Simmer for 5 minutes.

    Scoop out a little of the seeds in squash. Fill squash with ground beef mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until squash is tender.

    Top squash with American cheese.

    When cheese is melted, serve.

    You may serve with rice.
