Stuffed Squash

- 1 or 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 pack Lipton onion soup
- 1 small can tomato paste
- American cheese
- zucchini or pater pan squash, sliced in half lengthwise
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain.

2Add onion soup and tomato paste. Simmer for 5 minutes.

3Scoop out a little of the seeds in squash. Fill squash with ground beef mixture.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until squash is tender.

5Top squash with American cheese.

6When cheese is melted, serve.

7You may serve with rice.
