- 1 Tbsp. each: teriyaki sauce and dry sherry
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. grated, pared ginger root
- 2 salmon steaks (5 oz. each)
- 6 chives
- 1/2 each: lemon and lime, thinly sliced
Directions

1In glass or stainless-steel shallow bowl, large enough to hold salmon steaks in a single layer, combine teriyaki sauce, sherry, lemon juice and ginger root.

2Add salmon and turn to coat with marinade.

3Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight, turning fish occasionally.
