- 3 medium zucchini
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
Directions

1Cut zucchini into 1/4-inch thick julienne strips.

2Heat a wok or skillet and add cooking oil.

3Add zucchini and toss gently for 1 minute.

4Add all remaining ingredients and stir-fry for another few seconds, or until the sauce is hot.
