- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 c. unsifted flour
- 2 Tbsp. baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Mix vegetable oil, sugar and egg, then add molasses, flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon and salt.

3Mold into small balls, then roll in sugar.

4Place on ungreased cookie sheet 1-inch apart.

5Flatten ball out slightly and bake 10 minutes.
