  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • 4 c. sifted flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. cloves

    Cream shortening and sugar.

    Add molasses. Sift dry ingredients together.

    Roll into one-inch balls.
