- 1/2 lb. bacon, sliced
- 1/2 c. lightly packed light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. red wine
Directions

1Place bacon in large baking pan and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 10 minutes or until crisp.

2Mix brown sugar, mustard and wine thoroughly.

3Pour over bacon.

4Bake at 350° until it bubbles, making sure the bacon glaze is covering both sides, approximately 10 minutes.

5Remove from pan to wax paper or foil.

6Cut bacon in half, if desired.

7Do not refrigerate, but let stand at room temperature until ready to serve.

8Should be dry, not sticky.
