- 1 quart blueberries Stemmed, cleaned
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar Granualted, up to 3/4
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 8 tart shells Baked
- whipped cream
Directions

1Mix 3 cups of blueberries with confectioners' sugar.

2Let stand at least an hour.

3Cook remaining blueberries with water until tender.

4Rub through a sieve.

5Mix granulated sugar and cornstarch.

6Add to strained blueberry juice and cook until clear.

7Arrange whole blueberries in tart shells.

8Pour hot glaze on top.

9When cool garnish with whipped cream and blueberries.
