- 2 lb. carrots
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions

1Peel carrots and cut in julienne strips.

2Steam until just tender.

3Mix sugar, butter and cinnamon in large skillet.

4Cook and stir until well blended.

5Add carrots.

6Cook over low heat, stirring often, until carrots are shiny and well glazed (about 5 minutes).
