  • 12 carrots, cooked
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 can frozen orange juice

Directions

    Cook sugar, water and cornstarch for 3 minutes.

    Remove from stove and add orange juice and lemon juice to taste.

    Pour over carrots.

    Bake at 325° until thoroughly heated.
