- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. apricot jam
- salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 lb. carrots
Directions

1Heat butter, sugar and apricot jam in saucepan or skillet, stirring to combine.

2Scrape and slice carrots into desired shapes.

3Cook or steam until tender-crisp.

4Add carrots and salt to butter-apricot mixture in saucepan, stirring gently until carrots are evenly glazed, about 3 minutes.

5Serve hot.
