- 1 1/2 lb. carrots (baby carrots or cut into pieces)
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- pepper
- 3/4 c. orange juice
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Stir in sugar, cornstarch, salt, nutmeg and pepper.

3Cook 1 minute.

4Add orange juice gradually.

5Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth (about 3 minutes). Pour over carrots.
