- 2 bunches baby carrots
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon or ginger
Directions

1Wash carrots; scrape if necessary and leave whole.

2Cook in small amount of boiling salted water about 12 to 15 minutes or until tender when tested with fork.

3Drain thoroughly.

4Combine butter, sugar and cinnamon in large skillet.

5Cook, stirring constantly until well blended.

6Add carrots.
-
7Cook over low heat, shaking pan often to glaze carrots on all sides.

8Yields 6 servings.
