- 1 1/2 lb. carrots
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Clean and scrape carrots.

2Cut lengthwise.

3Cook 15 to 20 minutes in boiling water until tender.

4In a large skillet, cook and stir brown sugar, salt, orange peel and butter until bubbly. Add carrots.

5Cook over low heat and stir occasionally about 5 minutes until carrots are glazed and heated through.
