- 3 c. thinly sliced, peeled carrots
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cloves (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 (5 oz.) jar pineapple cheese spread
Directions

1Cook carrots in a medium saucepan until tender.

2This will take 6 to 20 minutes, depending on age of carrots.

3Drain.

4Mix the orange juice, sugar, cloves, salt and cheese spread.

5Pour over the carrots; cook over low heat, stirring all the time, until the cheese melts and the mixture thickens.

6Do not let it boil.
