- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can chili with beans, heated
- 1 large lettuce, shredded
- chopped tomatoes
- Mexican style tomato sauce (hot)
- cheese for topping

1Line oblong dish with Fritos.

2Spread cooked rice over the Fritos.

3Spread chopped onion over the rice.

4Spread heated chili over this.

5Put shredded lettuce over this.

6Add chopped tomatoes over the lettuce.

7Serve with Mexican style tomato sauce.

8(You may add chili powder and fried ground beef to the chili; this adds so much.)
