- 3 Tbsp. Louella butter
- 3 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
Directions

1Add carrots to salted boiling water.

2Bring quickly to a boil. Cover; reduce heat.

3Cook gently until tender (about 10 minutes). Melt butter in small pan.

4Add sugar.

5Cook until dissolved. Coat drained carrots well.
