Glazed Carrots

  • 1/2 bag Ideal whole baby carrots (frozen)
  • 3 Tbsp. Louella butter
  • 3 Tbsp. dark brown sugar

Directions

    Add carrots to salted boiling water.

    Bring quickly to a boil. Cover; reduce heat.

    Cook gently until tender (about 10 minutes). Melt butter in small pan.

    Add sugar.

    Cook until dissolved. Coat drained carrots well.
