- 1 lb. carrots, scrubbed, peeled and cut in strips or slices
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. orange marmalade
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. mint jelly (optional)
Directions

1In a saucepan, cover carrots with water.

2Add salt and pepper to taste.

3Cook until barely tender; drain.

4Melt butter with marmalade and jelly, stirring until all are blended.

5Add carrots; cook together for a few minutes.

6Serves 4 to 6.
