- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. honey or brown sugar
Directions

1Peel carrots and leave whole if diameter is less than 1 inch. If carrots are large, cut in half lengthwise.

2Cook in a pot on top of the stove until tender.

3Drain the water and empty the carrots into a casserole dish.
