- 8 large (about 1 lb.) carrots
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Cook carrots 15 to 25 minutes or until carrots are just tender.

2Meanwhile, melt in a skillet butter.

3Add and stir in brown sugar.

4Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved.

5Drain carrots thoroughly.

6Dry carrots by shaking pan over low heat. Add to butter-sugar mixture in skillet.

7Simmer a few minutes or until carrots are glazed.

8Turn several times to glaze evenly. Makes 4 servings.

9Double for larger servings.
