Glazed Carrots(Low-Fat)

Ingredients
- 2 to 3 whole carrots, cut into small pieces or 1 c. small, ready to eat carrots
- 1 tsp. dried, minced onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Peel and cut up carrots.

2Place in medium size saucepan or one large enough to have only one layer of carrots.

3Sprinkle onion and salt over carrots.

4Add enough water to saucepan to barely cover the carrots.

5Bring to boil over high heat.

6Turn to medium-low and continue cooking, uncovered, until carrots are tender and most of the water has evaporated.

7Combine melted margarine and lemon juice and pour evenly over carrots.

8Continue cooking until liquid is reduced to a buttery glaze.
