- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Mix together and cook until thick and clear; stir constantly. Let cool and pour into a baked pie shell.

3Because of the cornstarch this filling does not hold or stand very long.
