- 2 1/2 lb. chicken
- 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine in a small saucepan; add curry powder and saute 2 to 3 minutes.

2Remove from heat and blend in honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

3Place chicken pieces on rack in shallow roasting pan.

4Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

5Brush with part of the glaze mixture and bake 15 minutes longer or until tender, brushing frequently with remaining glaze.

6Makes 4 servings.
