- 1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. Grand Marnier
- 12 Cornish hens
Directions

1In small saucepan, combine preserves, butter and liqueur. Heat, stirring, until well blended.

2Wash and dry hens and place in roasting pan.

3Baste hens with apricot glaze.

4Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350°, basting frequently.
