Glazed Fruit 'N' Franks

- 1 c. apricot preserves
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cocktail frankfurters or 1/2 lb. frankfurters, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 large red apple, cored and cut into chunks
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
Directions

1In medium saucepan, combine preserves, lemon juice, cornstarch and cinnamon.

2Cook and stir until well blended and slightly thickened.

3Stir in frankfurters and pineapple; heat through. Just before serving, stir in apple and orange.

4Serve warm.

5Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
