Glazed Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can pineapple chunks (20 oz.)
  • 1/2 c. reserved pineapple juice
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 bananas, cut up
  • 1 red apple, cut up and unpeeled
  • 10 maraschino cherries, cut up

Directions

    Estimate on amount of maraschino cherries.

    Drain fruit. Make glaze using pudding mix, lemon juice and reserved pineapple juice. Fold fruits into above mixture.

    It is ready to serve.

    It will keep in the refrigerator for many days.

    Can be made the night before serving.
