Glazed Ham

Ingredients

  • 1/2 or whole boneless ham
  • 1 can pineapple slices
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Slice diagonally both ways lightly on top of ham.

    Put in roasting pan; sprinkle with cinnamon and ground cloves and cover with 1 cup water.

    Seal and cook for 30 minutes at 350°.

    Mix the rest of ingredients in saucepan (not including pineapple, include only juice from pineapple) and bring to boil.

    Pour over ham and re-seal with foil.

    Continue to cook 45 more minutes at 350°. Cool for a few minutes and slice.

    Place pineapple on top and serve.
