  • 1 lb. ground ham
  • 1 lb. ground veal
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 1/2 c. orange juice
  • orange slices
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • glaze

Directions

    Combine ham, veal, egg, 1 cup orange juice, salt, pepper and crumbs.

    Shape and bake in 350° oven, in shallow dish, basting often with 1/2 of glaze, for 1 1/2 hours.

    Ten minutes before ham has finished cooking, top with orange slices.
