  • 1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs (3 slices)
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onions
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. beef-flavor instant bouillon cubes

    In small bowl, combine ketchup, sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mustard.

    In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and 1/3 cup of ketchup mixture.
