- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 (16-ounce) packages frozen small white onions
- 3/4 cup raisins
Directions

1Bring first 9 ingredients to a boil in a large skillet, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add onions and raisins; return to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring often, 10 minutes. Uncover and cook over medium heat, stirring often, 20 to 25 minutes or until glazed. Remove and discard bay leaf. Serve warm.
