  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1/4 c. apricot preserves
