- 2 chicken breasts, boned
- 1 bouillon cube
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 7 Tbsp. white wine
- 5 thin slices lemon
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Cut chicken into large chunks.

2Wash, dry and bread.

3Fry 5 minutes on each side on low heat.

4Pour in bouillon cube, lemon juice, wine, lemon slices and flour. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
