- 24 oz. raw, shelled peanuts
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- salt
Directions

1Combine peanuts, water and sugar in saucepan; stir over medium heat until all liquid evaporates.

2Pour on cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt.

3Bake at 300° for 10 minutes.

4Remove from oven.

5Stir and return to oven for 15 minutes.

6Stir again and bake 15 minutes longer.

7Let cool and store.

8Makes approximately 6 cups.
