- 1 stick oleo
- 2 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 3 c. shelled pecans
Directions

1Mix oleo in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

2Beat egg whites to a soft peak.

3Add sugar and salt; beat until very stiff.

4Fold in pecans with wooden spoon.

5Spread into melted oleo and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Stir every 10 minutes.

7Remove to wax paper. When cool, break into pieces.
