- 1/2 tsp. GR. Cumin
- 1/4 tsp. GR. Cardamon
- 1/8 tsp. Gr. Red pepper
- 1/4 c. Raisins
- 1/4 c. Orange juice
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Capers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
