  • 12 ounces apricot preserves or peach
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 bone in or boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick (about 3 lbs )

    Combine Lipton(R) Recipe Secrets(R) Onion Soup Mix, preserves and water in small bowl. Arrange chops in 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan; top with soup mixture. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until chops are done.
