Glazed Sweet Potatoes

- 4 sweet potatoes
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. orange juice
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. grated orange rind
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook potatoes in skins.

2Peel and cut in halves.

3Place in buttered baking dish.

4Dissolve cornstarch in juice and place in top of double boiler.

5Add remaining ingredients and cook until thickened.

6Pour over potatoes and bake 1 hour at 350°.
